As a contributor, you have to agree to the following terms: • You represent and warrant that the artwork you submit is your own creation, and you have the legal right to sell it. • Whether you're a full-time artist or a hobbyist, Net Panchi is an excellent platform to showcase your work and connect with buyers who appreciate your unique style. • We are committed to supporting our contributors and helping them succeed by promoting their artwork on social media and other marketing channels. • You acknowledge that the artwork may be used for both personal and commercial purposes. • You will receive payment for your artwork after it has been sold, minus a commission fee of () percent, helping you make money and grow your career. Commission fee can be changed as the situation. You must send the invoice and your payment will receive within the first week of the end of the month. • Our commission fees are competitive, and we offer a transparent payment system that ensures artists receive their earnings promptly and securely. • Our platform is committed to maintaining high-quality standards for artwork, Illegal illustrations, designs and sexually explicit material are not allowed. • You acknowledge that our platform may help you find more freelance jobs and grow your artistic career. We hope to grow together and support each other's success. • You acknowledge that any intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the artwork remain with you. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use the artwork on the Net Panchi platform and to promote and sell it. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
